This is a love story with a mystery at the heart of it, a paranormal mystery. Why can Ashley Easton speak French so well? Why can she ride a horse so well, after only riding for just a few weeks? Who is the mysterious young man she meets in the dressage competition, and why is he so alluring? A 3rd Time to Die by George A. Bernstein is a love story and a mystery, rolled into one. It uses the concept of reincarnation as an interesting plot device.

A woman's way can be blatant, subtle or anything in between. In this book a siren and her lineage are that and more. Following them in their trek through the years showed just how manipulative sirens can be, but the author also showed that no matter what, the human side of emotions can actually rule the roost.

This book is of the Paranormal Romance/Erotica genre, however, it is much more than that. It covers themes such as slavery, co-operation and open-mindedness. It can be read as a symbolic journey in psychological therapy. Most of all this is a book about the search for human fulfillment.

This novel is a paranormal romance, but is really much more. It includes spiritual philosophy and personal/psychology and has themes of rape death and overcoming.

    A Perfect Beach Read

I was drawn in right in the opening pages, which oftentimes isn’t the case, and I was anxious to continue reading to see what would happen next. “Coming Home” was a very easy, smooth read.

This book is so eloquently written and really got into my head. It was such an accurate representation of mental illness and the stigma it carries in society stemming from ignorance and prejudice.

Mae Turney is searching for the type of life and happiness she has never known but has only dreamed about. She's fortunate enough to find a great opportunity to live in an exterior apartment of a beautiful lake house in a small town in Vermont. When she realizes the apartment and scenery are not the only gorgeous appeal but the home owner, Seth Finn, is as well, she puts it all on the line for the chance at love. When she becomes comfortable and confident in her own skin and sexuality, Mae realizes that this place and this man is exactly what she came looking for. Knowing Seth and his three children are as special as they come, Mae bets the house, and prays she and her gamble are enough.

Sonata by Blair McDowell - Book Review

This book would please both those who like romance/erotica and those who like crime/mystery/thrillers. Sonata is never boring and the characters are realistic and likable.
